We’re seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Solar Appointment Setters. As a setter, you’ll play a key role in bringing solar energy to local residents by helping them schedule consultations with our experts.
What You’ll Do:
- Knock on doors in targeted neighborhoods to introduce homeowners to solar energy options.
- Set appointments for solar consultations with interested homeowners.
- Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy and how it can help them save money.
- Work with a team to hit weekly goals and targets.
- Track appointments and provide updates to our sales team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills – You should be comfortable talking to people and have the ability to explain concepts clearly.
- Self-motivated & Goal-Oriented – A desire to hit your target and earn bonuses.
- Enthusiastic about solar energy – Passion for renewable energy is a huge plus!
- Positive attitude – Be friendly, approachable, and ready to engage with homeowners.
- Previous door-to-door experience is preferred but not required.
