As an Entry Level Retail Brand Associate with Sunset Acquisitions, you will be connecting customers to Frontier’s innovative telecommunications products designed to enhance their service and accessibility to reliable and affordable telecommunications and wireless solutions. Our Retail Brand Associate team is composed of hand selected passionate professionals dedicated to delivering outstanding results for our clients.
In this role, you’ll act as the first point of contact to educate customers on Frontier’s available services and promotions that best fit their individual needs. Acting as an extension of our clients' retail marketing and sales teams, the Entry Level Retail Brand Associate will collaborate with big-box retailers throughout the Cerritos area to deliver compelling, customized presentations to prospective customers designed to engage the consumer, drive revenue, enhance brand awareness, and exceed our client’s sales objectives. Sunset Acquisitions’ expertise and established reputation ensures the seamless execution of direct, in-person retail campaign initiatives that generate meaningful customer interactions and measurable success for our clients.
What You'll Do as an Entry-Level Retail Brand Associate:
You will be at the forefront of brand awareness and customer engagement for our client’s leading telecommunications products and services in various retail locations throughout Southern California. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Participating in a comprehensive hands-on training program and mentorship opportunities to develop expertise in sales and brand management
- Driving sales and customer acquisition through direct retail engagement
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with retail partners and customers
- Developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility
- Collaborating with the sales team to ensure consistent brand messaging and exceptional customer experiences
- Analyzing market trends and customer feedback to optimize promotional strategies
What We're Looking For in an Entry-Level Retail Brand Associate:
- High school diploma required; a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is a plus
- Flexibility to work full time hours and weekends
- Prior experience in sales, retail, marketing, or customer service is beneficial but not required—we provide expert training to help you succeed
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to engage customers and motivate teams
- Passion for sales, client relations, and brand management with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market trends
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively
