Retail Account Manager - Entry Level

The primary focus of the Entry-Level Retail Account Manager is to consult with customers directly, identify their needs, and recommend customized solutions to deliver a powerful customer-centric experience designed to drive business and grow revenue. The Entry-Level Retail Account Manager will succeed by focusing on the four key areas of our business proven to meet sales objectives and exceed expectations: customer acquisition, client communication, promoting brand awareness, and new market expansion.

Responsibilities of the Entry-Level Retail Account Manager:

• Retail Account Managers facilitate the full-cycle sales process through face-to-face collaborative presentations with customers in various retail locations to educate them on exclusive promotions and product benefits
• Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to maximize market penetration and cultivate lasting partnerships to drive revenue goals
• Create compelling, thoughtful, and unique sales proposals to engage potential clients and spark consultative conversation
• Demonstrate a strong potential for leadership by working with experienced marketing & sales teams to motivate team members toward achieving set sales targets and organizational goals
• Stay informed about competitor activities and trends within the area to adapt strategies for success proactively
  
  

Requirements of the Entry-Level Retail Account Manager:

• 2 years of experience in retail marketing, brand management, advertising, or other customer-facing positions
• Strong team mentality, competitive spirit, and eagerness to advance professionally
• Desire to better yourself through our intensive training, mentorship, engaged management, and process-oriented sales approach
• Outgoing and collaborative work style with the ability to work cross-functionally at all levels of the organization
• Ability to consistently establish and maintain strong interpersonal relationships and networking skills with both customers and office teams

This is a full time, in-office position that is set to start immediately, so we are looking for individuals that are local to Cerritos, CA and able to start in 1-2 weeks.
