Service Advisor/Shop Assistant

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team at our Service Shop & grow with our company. This dynamic role requires experience with various office duties, ability to multi-task, following directions & driving to pick up parts at vendors.  The ideal candidate will have a passion for vehicles and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities :

  • Write up Customers Vehicles for Service Repair / completion Create invoices & collect balances due.
  • Order necessary Parts for Vehicles. Verify Parts Purchases, including invoices accounted for correctly
  • Obtaining parts & vehicles from various vendors.
  • Must be able to drive any vehicle including any with a manual transmission.

Customer Service :

  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
  • Other duties as assigned.

    • Experience :

  • Prior Service adviser and / or office experience required
  • Multi-tasking
  • Service shop experience preferred

    • Skills :

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

    • Physical Requirements :

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions.
