Responsibilities
- This person will be a part of a small team and have the ability to communicate effectively and follow protocol is imperative
- The Venue Coordinator plays a key role in the venue’s readiness and execution for each event and is responsible for ensuring all weddings and events e run smoothly and successfully
- Be on-site before and during events
- Facilitate scheduled tours to potential clients
- See events through with all details from the client
- Be able to clearly respond to and resolve any venue related issues before or during an event
- Be in consistent ner/coordinator, and event captain throughout event to ensure all policies and protocols are being followed
- Ensure the highest quality of customer service
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Events management: 1 year (Preferred)
