Suncoast Cadillac of Venice is currently seeking a part-time Parts Delivery Driver to join our auto parts team in Venice.
This is a part-time position, but it could potentially lead to full-time hours if desired.
Hours are generally between 8-5 Monday through Friday and can be somewhat flexible as needed.
As a parts delivery driver for Sunset Cadillac, you will primarily be responsible for delivering and picking up auto parts from various other dealerships, independent service shops, other parts vendors, etc. Your route will primarily be in the Venice area. You will deliver parts to customers using outstanding customer service and professionalism at all times. In addition, you will help in the parts warehouse pulling orders for delivery, and performing other duties as needed. Specific duties include :
- Safely drive and maneuver a large delivery vehicle
- Pull parts that have been ordered, prepare them for shipping & assist in inventory upkeep as needed
- Pick up return parts and / or orders from outside vendors and deliver to dealership
- Other duties as assigned
Parts Driver Requirements
Successful candidate must have a good driving ability, including with large vehicles (delivery van) as well as physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly. In addition, you will need to be :
