We are seeking an Automotive Dealership Warranty Administrator to join our elite team at Sunset Cadillac of Venice! Previous experience as a GM warranty administrator required.
Warranty Clerk Requirements/Duties:
A successful warranty administrator will:
- Have good interpersonal communication skills and a friendly, helpful demeanor
- Understand an automotive service department repair order including labor operations
- Understand manufacturer requirements for paying warranty claims and ensure repair orders have the necessary information for payment
- Be able to appropriately and accurately enter warranty claims for processing and payment
- Be organized and have excellent follow-through skills
- Have the ability to multi-task & general office/computer skills
- Have previous GM Dealership Warranty experience
