Auto Sales Consultant Duties
As an Automotive Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to both appointment-based and walk-in customers. You will guide customers through every stage of their purchase, ensuring they find the perfect vehicle.
Your specific duties will include:
- Consulting with customers to determine their needs in a new or used vehicle
- Explaining vehicle features, warranties, and paperwork to customers
- Committing to excellent customer satisfaction and first-rate service
- Staying informed about new products, features, and accessories, and explaining their benefits to customers
- Attending dealership-provided product and sales training courses at no cost to you
