Cleaning Technician
This position is Monday -Friday, no major holidays, no weekends.
Duties:
- Perform general cleaning tasks in a commercial setting, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and window cleaning.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas as needed.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies effectively and efficiently.
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in professional cleaning preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if necessary.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed within designated timeframes.
- Reliable transportation to travel between different job sites if required.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
