Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing safe and reliable transportation services, particularly for children, seniors, or individuals with special needs. Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers to and from designated locations, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Assist passengers in boarding and exiting the vehicle, ensuring their safety at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, performing routine inspections to ensure safety and functionality.
- Communicate effectively with passengers, families, and staff to provide updates on schedules or any changes.
- Document daily trips and maintain accurate records as required by company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any passenger concerns or needs during transit.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.
Experience
- Previous experience in driving roles, particularly with children or seniors, is preferred.
- Familiarity with paratransit services is a plus.
- Experience in school bus driving or commercial driving is highly regarded.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to write reports and maintain clear documentation related to trips and passenger interactions.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required; additional certifications may be necessary based on specific transportation needs.

Pay: $19.94 - $25.75 per hour
