Essential Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the clinical / resident care team during second shift.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the team, fostering a positive and nurturing environment.
- Ensure residents’ individual service plans are followed and that their needs are met with dignity and respect.
