About the Role:
Sunset Transportation is seeking a driven Carrier Sales Representatives to join our team. You will work closely with transportation companies to ensure that our customers' freight is delivered on time. Your primary goal will be to build strong relationships with carriers and negotiate rates that work for all parties. This role puts you at the core of our daily hustle, where you'll be the MVP in making sure our customers' shipments are handled like a breeze.

What You’ll Do:
Broker shipments across various regions and for diverse Sunset customers
Develop and nurture relationships with transportation companies
Negotiate rates that optimize outcomes for everyone involved
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts using our TMS
Collaborate with your team to resolve challenges quickly
Provide outstanding customer service
Maintain a strong sense of urgency and hustle in this fast-paced role
What We’re Looking For:
A positive attitude and a strong work ethic
At least 2 years of experience in Carrier Sales or Freight Brokerage
Proficiency in MS Office and general business software
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
A drive to succeed in a sales-oriented environment
