Description
The Maintenance Lead position will assist in providing direct oversight of the maintenance department. This position will organize, develop, and direct the daily operations of the maintenance department.
Essential Functions of your job:
- Assists in developing, evaluating, and implementing the Maintenance Program and Activities.
- Responsible for all Bureau of Fire Services and Life Safety Code inspections; Boiler, elevator, and pool inspections.
- Repairs building structures and fixtures as needed.
- Fulfils service requests in a timely fashion.
- Perform regular preventative maintenance on machines, equipment, and facilities.
- Provide on-call assistance during off hours on a rotating basis.
This position is full-time, 40 hours a week, 1st shift 8am to 4:30pm, there is an on-call rotation for weekends and holidays.

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Previous building maintenance experience.
- Supervisor experience a plus.
