Job Responsibilities :
- Implement Initial Assessments and Reassessment
- Create quality reporting with data and progress to justify clinical recommendations and service provision authorizations
- Provide BCBA supervision to behavioral technicians assuring top quality of treatment implementation
- Write comprehensive ABA programs regularly reviewed and updated
- Maintain accurate billing, and provide quality assurance for all documentation related to patients case management
- Provide culturally sensitive parent training, suggestions of incorporating individualized goals into family’s daily routine to increase effectiveness of care
- Insure evidence-based practices that meet family’s unique values and expectations
- Provide advocacy on behalf of clients, including attending any requested case review meetings
- Participate in reflective supervision, performance reviews and program evaluations directed by the Clinical Director.
- Utilize operational and clinical software provided by the company for record keeping
REQUIREMENTS:
- BCBA certification
- Experience with working with children with autism
- Authorization to work in USA
- Background Check

Pay: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour
