Pay : Hourly position with the potential to earn $40k - $42k annually
Job Schedule : Typical schedule is M-F, starting at 8 : 00 am
Job Summary :
The Accounting Assistant position is responsible for assisting the finance department with maintaining accurate and timely financial records for the organization. They will be a back-up to all the finance department positions and maintain the Service Titan data. This position reports to the Director of Finance.
Job Responsibilities :
- Data entry and in-depth review of invoices for financial and membership accuracy.
- Service Titan review positions and back up to Accounts Receivable and Payable positions.
- Work with finance manager and team for finance updates.
- Document and ensure proper keeping of financial records, making use of current technologies.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.
- Attend training and staff meetings as scheduled.
