Pay Rate : This is an hourly, non-exempt position with annual compensation up to $62k and unlimited earning potential ($24-$30 per hour, plus commissions; starting rate will be based on experience)
Job Schedule : Typical schedule is M-F, starting at 7 : 30am (some nights and weekends will be scheduled as we offer afterhours emergency service).
Job Summary :
We are looking for a motivated and hardworking individual to support our HVAC Service team. Duties include performing service and repairs on all makes and models of residential HVAC systems (inside and out) all while focusing on providing a "best in class" customer experience.
Job Responsibilities :
- Thoroughly inspect and diagnose a wide variety of HVAC malfunctions. Complete the repairs necessary having clearly communicated with customers.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with customers and the Sunshine team.
- Maintain detailed notes of all interactions in customers' records.
- Maintain inventory / supplies on your assigned company vehicle.
- Maintain necessary tools
- Must practice safety at all times
