Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Manage staff performance, providing guidance and support to team members.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
- Assist with training new hires.
- Monitor inventory levels and complete day to day checklists.
- Maintain cleanliness and organized property.
Experience
- Previous experience in a leadership role.
- Strong background in car wash industry.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations gracefully.
Requirements
- Willingness to work 40 /- hours per week including weekends and some holidays.
- Excellent communication skills and writing skills.
- Must be mechanically inclined to work on equipment.
- Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time.
- Ability to lift a moderate amount of weight.
- Courteous and professional demeanor.
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
