Sunshine Children’s Home and Rehab Center, a 122 bed post-acute care inpatient facility, is seeking a flexible, full-time or Part time Pediatric Hospitalist to oversee and lead the care of children with significant medical complexity. Our brand-new state of the art facility is located in Ossining, NY on a beautiful 32-acre campus.
This is an exciting opportunity for a physician who is experienced in the delivery of advanced medical care to children. The successful candidate will have subspeciality experience in critical care and an established reputation for clinical excellence, teamwork and partnering with patients and families.
Key Responsibilities
- Care for medically fragile children
- Work with pediatric specialists
- Provide clinical oversight to the team of Nurse Practitioner’s
- Work to improve quality and cost-effectiveness in the delivery of high-quality care
- Develop strong working relationships with referring physicians.
- Contribute to the clinical, educational and research endeavors through Sunshine and its affiliates
