Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support and assisting with various tasks. This position requires an individual who can manage responsibilities on their own while maintaining professionalism.
Duties
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Assist in proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Provide support as a personal assistant to management, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed and pick up items.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
- Assist in promoting business or some marketing as introducing out business
Skills
- Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Experience as a personal assistant or in front desk roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks is a plus-not necessary
- Background in office support or office experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
