Project Custodian - Charlotte Douglas International Airport
Responsibilities
- Must be able to work 3rd shift.
- Perform project cleaning such as but not limited to vacuuming, spot cleaning walls, furniture, and fixtures, interior glass, and other specified project tasks.
- Maintaining hard surface floors by dust mopping, damp mopping, spray buffing, scrub and recoat, strip and finish.
- Restroom cleaning : Using germicide, clean and sanitize toilets and urinals, spot clean walls and partitions, and clean and rinse sinks and counters.
Using a standard glass cleaner, clean mirrors, glass, and stainless steel. Responsible for dusting, sweeping, emptying trash, restocking supplies, and mopping floors.
Spot and stain removal. shampooing and extraction.
Other duties, as required.
Qualifications
- One Year experience required
- Lift 25 pounds
- Perform tasks that require physical movement, bending, and reaching
- Pass pre-employment drug screen
- Pass fingerprinting and criminal background check
