Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, using positive reinforcement strategies.
- Provide individualized support to children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities.
- Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all students, promoting respect and understanding.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and behavior.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the learning experience.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including first aid protocols.
Experience
- Previous experience in daycare or preschool settings is highly desirable.
- Strong classroom management skills to maintain an orderly learning environment.
- Knowledge of first aid procedures and behavior management techniques.
- Experience working with children with disabilities or special education needs is a plus.
- A background in childcare or early childhood education is preferred.
- Ability to educate and engage young learners through creative teaching methods.

Pay: $15.50 - $16.00 per hour
