On-site Recruitment Manager / Business Development

Position Summary : This is a full time and permanent opportunity for an indefinite time. The ideal candidate will be required to be on the phone and / or on utilizing AI 99% of the time sourcing new clients and businesses, evaluating talents, and providing staffing solutions.
- Interviewing tasks could include ongoing and ad hoc requests as well as quantitative and qualitative projects.
The successful candidate must be self-motivated and supports our mission, shares our values, and embraces our company culture.
Qualifications :
The ideal candidate will possess 5 years' experience in a Recruiting Manager, Senior Recruiter, or Recruitment Consultant along with specific experience in the staffing field.Bilingual candidates are preferred (English, Spanish) but not a must.Responsibilities :
Source new clients and businesses, evaluate talent, and provide staffing solutions.Search, source, and screen potential candidates for the roles available within the companyNegotiate placements and uncover and resolve recruitment-related issues quickly and efficiently.Regularly maintain and manage your portfolio of candidates and clients and prepare résumés for associates.Regularly research and adopt the best market and commercial practices and adhere to internal recruitment policies.Develop new clients by establishing relationships with key hiring managers in the market.Understand companies' growth strategies and related hiring needs.Recruit candidates for our existing clients.Partner with clients to understand their strategic hiring needs to effectively fill their open positions.Under our guidance, develop and execute a specific recruiting strategy to uncover the most-qualified candidates for our clients.Conduct confidential interviews of qualified candidates.Present short-listed candidates to clients.Manage and facilitate the negotiation process.Develop and maintain long-term client and candidate relationships.Research and develop leads for future business development.Recruit team members, including part-time and full-time employees, program interns, and volunteers to optimize program operations.Manage supporting staff recruitment and hiring processes within designated time frames.Maintain job postings and research potential candidates.Conduct initial training and orientations for all staff.Why Choose Sunshine Enterprise Consulting :
