Company Overview : Our client at OCPS is seeking the HR compliance coordinator to perform complex clerical and data entry work assisting with various compliance transactions.
Position Summary : The successful candidate must have at least 2 years of data entry experience within criminal justice, law enforcement, human resources, or an academic setting.
Start Date : ASAP
Work hours : 7 : 30am - 4 : 30 pm, Monday to Friday
Partial Remote Work possible
Responsibilities :
- Responds to internal and external customers in a timely, accurate, courteous, and empathetic manner, representing OCPS positively.
- Provides customer service by assisting employees and vendors with the professional standards investigation process, completing necessary paperwork, and addressing inquiries.
- Reads and evaluates criminal history documents, informs senior managers of relevant updates, and requests additional information from employees as needed.
- Prepares and organizes case files, arrest reports, and other documents in the case management database.
- Monitors and retrieves arrest files, court documents, and pre-trial diversion mandates.
- Opens, closes, and maintains investigation files, documenting follow-up actions with supervisors / managers.
- Assists with compliance measures such as notifications regarding employee misconduct, disqualifying arrests, and SESIR offenses.
- Prepares and submits various documents, including relief of duty, return to work, case closures, and investigative deadline extensions.
- Creates templates for frequently used letters and provides guidance to employees.
- Ensures accurate daily data entry and supports users with I-Sight, iCIMS, SAP, SESIR / Skyward, and case information databases.
- Assists Senior Managers with assigned tasks and performs occasional clerical duties.
- Operates computers and office equipment, utilizing relevant software programs.
- Stays current on technology with district-supported training to maintain required skill levels for the role.

Physical Ability : Tasks involve the ability to exert very moderate light work with some combination of stooping, kneeling, crouching and crawling. May involve some manipulating or moving of 12-20 pound items occasionally.
