Position Summary: Sunshine Project Management is a leading construction and renovation company committed to delivering high-quality projects to our clients. We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Construction Cleaner to join our team and ensure that our construction sites are clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Job Description:

As a Construction Cleaner at Sunshine Project Management  you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and organized construction environment. Your responsibilities will encompass cleaning and sanitizing various areas of construction sites, ensuring a safe and hazard-free workspace for our construction team.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Site Cleaning: Perform thorough cleaning of construction sites, including but not limited to debris removal, dusting, sweeping, and mopping to maintain a clean and safe work environment.

·       Waste Management: Properly dispose of construction debris and waste materials in designated containers or disposal areas in compliance with safety regulations and environmental guidelines.

·       Equipment Maintenance: Keep cleaning equipment and tools in good working condition, reporting any issues to the supervisor for prompt maintenance or replacement.

·       Safety Compliance: Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries on the construction site.

·       Material Handling: Assist in moving and organizing construction materials, tools, and equipment as needed.

Quality Control:

·       Ensure that the cleaning work meets quality standards and is completed within specified timeframes.

Communication: 

·       Report any safety hazards, incidents, or unusual site conditions to the supervisor or project manager promptly.

Requirements:

·       Proven experience as a construction cleaner or in a similar role within the construction industry is a plus.

·       Knowledge of cleaning materials, chemicals, and safety protocols.

·       Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.

·       Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·       Effective communication skills.

·       Reliable and punctual.

Preferred Qualifications:

·       High school diploma or equivalent.

·       Certification in construction site safety (e.g., OSHA 10-hour training) is a plus.
