Company Overview : Our client is a civil construction company that mainly focuses on roads and highways in greater Orlando area.
Position Summary :
Our client is seeking a General Laborer with a minimum of two years of outdoor construction experience to manage and maintain construction site cleanliness and safety.
Expected Start Date : MidFebruary
Key Responsibilities :
Clear and clean construction sites of debris trash and hazardous materials.
Load unload and transport construction materials and equipment.
Assist with the mixing and preparation of concrete and other construction materials.
Organize and maintain materials and tools in designated areas.
Set up and maintain barriers signs and cones to ensure the safety of the site and pedestrians.
Assist with marking and laying out construction areas according to project plans.
Wear and maintain proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
Key Qualifications & Skills :
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Minimum of two years of experience in construction or related fields is a plus.
Required Valid Driver s License
Ability to perform physical labor and work in various weather conditions.
Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
Capable of lifting 50 to 100 lbs. regularly
Attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality standards.

Education
3-5 years of experience as a mechanic (either in a shop or on the road) Valid Driver s License with clean motor vehicle record. Previous experience managing a shop, including inventory control, is a big plus
