clinics to deliver culturally sensitive care. The area also includes
specialized facilities like the Regional Treatment Center
Position
Summary: The
successful candidate should have experienced Program Manager to lead the
transition from a legacy Maximo system to the Maximo Application Suite (MAS) as
part of the Maximize Program. This role involves overseeing multiple functional
modules and ensuring alignment with industry best practices. The ideal
candidate will have 5 years of experience in Maximo implementations, strong
leadership skills, and a deep understanding of EAM systems. Proficiency in
project management tools and the ability to drive cross-functional
collaboration are essential.
Work
hours: 8 am – 5
pm, Monday to Friday
Work
type: Onsite,
hybrid possible after some time
Pay
rate: 90 – 104 /
hour
Responsibilities:
- In support of the Maximize Program Utilities is moving from a
heavily customized out of support version of Maximo to Maximo Application
Suite (MAS) the newest version of Maximo. Some of the work included in
this program are Administration Module Asset Module Contracts Module
Financial Module Integration Module Inventory Module Planning Module
Preventative Maintenance Module Security Module Purchasing Module System
Configuration Module Work Order Module.
- Minimize detrimental application customizations, implementing a
long-term application support model, and aligning with industry best
practices
Minimum Qualifications:
· Proven experience (minimum of 5 years)
in program management, specifically Maximo implementations and/or upgrades
· Strong understanding of Maximo
Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system, modules and how they are efficiently
and effectively utilized at a four-service utility.
· Excellent communication,
interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
· Ability to lead and motivate teams.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving
skills.
· Proficiency in relevant software and
tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Excel).
