Responsibilities
- Provide supervision for assigned residents, including timely documentation, as directed by Resident Care Coordinator.
- Monitor residents’ medication compliance as directed by shift supervisor.
- Perform facility-charting requirements
- Provide warm, compassionate and friendly care to residents while ensuring a safe and calm environment
