Job Summary
This position is responsible for the supervision and direction of clinical care provided by home health services. The clinical manager works in conjunction with the Administrator and Director of Staff Development & Compliance to assure the agency is in compliance with all state and federal patient care regulations and standards of clinical practices for nursing and rehab staff. This position ensures staffing models are appropriate for current census and patient care needs as well predicted staffing needs for growth of the agency. The clinical manager is also involved with intake process including screening and approving incoming referrals. The clinical manager serves as a direct supervisor for a geographic team of clinicians and provides monitoring of KPIs within the team and provides ongoing and individualized coaching to team members to promote best practices.
