Shift : Full Time Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm
Shift Differentials : $1 Weekends, $4 NOC, $3 Eve
1,500 Sign-on Bonus for Full Time
Must have active Washington State NAC or HCA license

Responsibilities of the Health Unit Coordinator
Identify special resident problems and report them immediately to the Charge Nurse or Director of Nursing as appropriate.
Provide direct resident care as assigned, completing assignments accurately and in a timely manner.
Ensures med rooms are organized and works with Central Supply to ensure all residents and staff have the necessary tools and equipment.
Coordinates all new admission and room changes with staff and ensures all necessary paperwork is updated.
Works with staff to ensure all residents rooms are kept neat and work to eliminate potential risk.
Maintain a current listing of employee contact numbers to be utilized for finding replacement staff for call offs.
Assists with medication cart / room audits as assigned
Writes and monitors all scheduling concerns and reports at paid time off, over time and time off request and notify Director of Nursing of short staffing situations; work to contact replacement personnel.
Tracks all missed documentation in Point Click Care.
Maintains Resident Care Checklist, Shower list, Med Tech Vitals Sheet and Cheat Sheets regularly to ensure accuracy.
Assist with hiring process and training on new nursing employees in following established facility policies and procedures. This includes continued training as needed,
Participates in on-call rotation for scheduling.
Requirements
High School Diploma or General Education Degree
Active Washington State Nursing Assistant Certification or Home Care Aide License
