Responsibilities
- Design and maintain databases to support educational programs and initiatives.
- Analyze data sets to provide insights that inform decision-making processes.
- Develop ETL processes to ensure accurate data integration from various sources.
- Utilize Python for data analysis and automation tasks.
- Create visualizations using Tableau to present data findings effectively.
- Collaborate with educators and administrators to understand data needs and improve reporting capabilities.
- Implement best practices for data management and security within the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in database design and management.
- Strong proficiency in Python for data manipulation and analysis.
- Familiarity with ETL processes and tools is essential.
- Experience with data warehousing concepts is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of AWS services related to data storage and processing is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
