Childcare Coaching & Development Specialist Columbia-Area
Serve as an integral member of the Sunshine House Early Learning Academy's Education Department, contributing to the development, training, and implementation of curricular initiatives! This role oversees a team of coaches and provides guidance and direction to support preschools by evaluating curriculum execution and collaborating with management and teachers.
Travel : 80%-90% intrastate travel required, with at least 80% of work performed onsite at centers. Occasional evening and weekend commitments may also be required to support training sessions or special projects.
Salary Range : $55,000 - $60,000 (commensurate with experience and qualifications).Compensation package includes car allowance, travel expenses, company cell phone and laptop.
