The Sunshine House Early Learning Academy is seeking an experienced Childcare Teacher for our top-rated school at 1895 West Main Street. 🌟We are hiring immediately, and would love to meet you.
Starting pay: $15-$19 per hour
Pay rate is determined by relevant education and experience. Candidates with a high school diploma and limited experience will be paid at the lower end of the range. Candidates with ECD 101 to an associate’s degree in early childhood education or a related field may be paid mid-range. Candidates with a bachelor’s degree or higher in early childhood education or a related field and applicable experience may be paid at the higher end of the range. We are currently offering a $300 hiring bonus at this school.

Teacher Responsibilities:
- Implement our award-winning curriculum in a way that meets each child's unique learning style.
- Foster relationships with children and provide a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
- Document and share with families the important milestones in a child’s day using our app.
- Encourage and model social behavior and expectations which are developmentally appropriate.
- At least30 days of experience working in licensed childcare required.
- ECD 101, CDA, Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or closely related field preferred,
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
