Telemarketer - Material Handling Sales

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Telemarketer to join our dynamic sales team in the material handling industry. This individual will be responsible for contacting potential and current customers through the internet, social media platforms, and direct telephone communication to promote our products and services. The ideal candidate will have strong marketing skills, technical proficiency, and exceptional verbal communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate and maintain communication with potential and existing customers through phone calls, emails, and social media platforms.
• Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to promote the company’s products and services.
• Utilize internet programs, including social media platforms (e.g., Facebook), web management tools, and Google applications, to enhance customer engagement and reach.
• Create and manage marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and promotional content.
• Update and maintain customer contact records in the company’s database.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns in a professional manner.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Paint.
• Working knowledge of internet programs, such as social media platforms, web management tools, and Google applications.
• Previous experience in developing marketing materials.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively convey product information to potential customers.
• Previous experience in the material handling industry is highly desirable but not required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• A self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing, sales, or a related role.
