What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape Project Coordinator position at Sunshine Landscape?

This position will include assisting the Project Manager with construction jobs from contract to completion. The job also includes working with the operations team on projects to assist in PO’s and material ordering & tracking. Responsibilities include the following:
Contract Implementation – Assist in execution of new construction contracts as needed including completion of final contracts, providing insurance waivers and all other documentation required by the General Contractors.
Submittals – Provide all submittals needed for the project to the GC for approval by the architect as directed by the PM. Coordinate with GC, architect and PM on any needed revisions or changes necessary for the project.
Project Management – Assist the PM in handling change order execution with GC and making sure all documentation is recorded and in place prior to work beginning. Help in ordering job materials such as site furnishings, plant materials, hardscapes, bulk products, and irrigation orders. This includes scheduling orders but also tracking and ensuring the product is on site when needed for installation. Assist in monthly billings with PM as needed.
Scheduling – Assisting operations managers in scheduling crews for the upcoming days/weeks as needed to ensure schedules are available for crews to clock in/out of each day.
PO Tickets – Track and provide POs to construction & enhancement managers as needed daily and assign POs to proper jobs in Aspire.
Project Closeout – Provide all required documentation to the GCs for project closeout including as-builts, warranties, O&M’s and any other items needed for closeout.
Warranty – Coordinate warranty work on completed projects with GC’s, owners, and operations to make sure work is completed as needed.
