Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to read and interpret machinery and electrical diagrams, ensuring the efficient operation of equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Read and understand technical documentation, including machinery and electrical diagrams.
· Perform maintenance and repairs on machinery, demonstrating proficiency in the use of hand and power tools.
· Work safely at heights as required for various maintenance tasks.
· Troubleshoot electrical equipment ranging from 24V DC to 480V AC using multimeter, with a foundational understanding of basic electrical theory.
· Apply knowledge of motor controls and wiring systems to identify and resolve issues effectively.
· Utilize critical thinking and process flow methodologies to diagnose and troubleshoot machinery problems.
· Demonstrate a basic understanding of machine dynamics.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a related field.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically in high-pressure situations.
· Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

The listed hourly rate represents the base compensation for the initial 90-day probationary period. Following the successful completion of this period, opportunities for pay increases will be available based on individual performance, as well as assessment of skills and knowledge.
