Job Overview:
Sunshine Pool Company is looking for a dedicated and motivated Service Technician to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for servicing residential swimming pools, including opening and closing pools, performing repairs, installing new equipment, and ensuring pools operate at peak efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine pool maintenance, repairs, and installations, including liners, covers, and equipment.
- Follow company service standards and manufacturer guidelines when performing work.
- Accurately diagnose and troubleshoot pool issues and recommend solutions.
- Safely drive company vehicles and adhere to all traffic laws.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, Fall Protection, and Lift Safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and report any issues to the Service Foreman.
- Follow “Start of Day” and “End of Day” procedures to ensure efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and supervisors.
- Handle company tools and equipment with care, ensuring proper maintenance.
- Uphold Sunshine Pool Company's high standards of professionalism, customer service, and integrity.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience in swimming pool service, plumbing, or mechanical repairs is a plus but not required—we offer training!
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Comfortable working Monday - Saturday, up to 12-hour shifts during peak season.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to follow technical instructions.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures at all times.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Punctuality and reliability are a must—arrive on time, clean, and in uniform.

Work Schedule:
- Monday – Friday, with select Saturdays during peak season.
