Description:
Sunshine Quality Solutions is looking for a Lg Ag- Customer Account Manager. This individual is responsible for the sales and relationships with key customer accounts. Key customers accounts represent those customer segments that have a significant impact on the dealer-business but develop and maintain relationships with the dealership enterprise through a trusted advisor.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage key customer account relationships to provide a differentiated, value-driven experience.
- Proactively assess, clarify, and communicate customer needs, developing solutions that save time, reduce risk, and increase profits.
- Develop and execute tailored contact plans to meet the needs of each key customer account.
- Achieve sales volume and objectives for assigned accounts.
- Influence customer trade cycles and anticipate future needs.
- Maintain accurate customer information (e.g., equipment, operations) in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with dealership teams (AMS Consultant, Parts, Service, etc.) to complete sales and address customer needs.
- Represent the company in the sale of equipment, parts, labor, and technology-based products and services.
- Stay current on product knowledge, financing options, and risk management solutions.
- Understand customer operational and industry requirements, and communicate their business goals.
- Monitor and report competitive activities to management.
- Coordinate field demonstrations for new equipment.
- Work with the dealer enterprise team and Integrated Solutions Manager to deliver maximum value to key accounts.
- Participate in local/regional industry associations and attend relevant sales training and seminars.
- Maintain assigned company vehicles and equipment.

Qualifications:
Required:
- 4-5 years of equipment sales experience.
- Strong knowledge of John Deere and competitive equipment, along with current technological trends.
- In-depth understanding of agronomic operations and relevant practices/trends.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet functions.
- Excellent customer relationship skills, particularly with decision makers.
- Ability to maintain a company-assigned vehicle.
- Participation in relevant sales training events and seminars.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred:
- 5 years of equipment sales experience.
- Associate’s degree in business, finance/accounting, turf management, agriculture, or a related field.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time.
- Ability to operate machinery and equipment as needed for demonstrations.
- Ability to perform tasks that may require stooping, crouching, or kneeling.
- Ability to drive and maintain a company vehicle to travel to customer sites and events
