Description:
Sunshine Quality Solutions is actively seeking a Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain agricultural and turf equipment for our valued customers and dealers. Reporting to various levels of management, you will execute service tasks with occasional guidance.
Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic assessments and repairs on agricultural and turf equipment, including established Ag Management Solutions (AMS) products, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.
- Engage in ongoing Service EDUCATE Training programs to enhance technical skills and product knowledge, staying current with industry advancements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of John Deere products and competitive equipment, enabling informed service and recommendations.
- Ensure the proper upkeep of vehicles, inventory, tools, and equipment, contributing to a safe and efficient work environment.
- Keep the workspace clean and organized, demonstrating professionalism and attention to detail in all tasks.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while executing work assignments, prioritizing safety for yourself and your team.
- Complete all required documentation and reports accurately and promptly, supporting operational efficiency.
- Track and record time and materials used for each assignment, ensuring accountability and transparency in your work.

What's Required:
- Minimum 1 years of experience in service repairs
- Ability to perform basic repairs and maintenance using specialized tools and following technical manuals
- Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems used in agricultural equipment
- Competency in using service advisor and basic computer functions
- Ability to operate diagnostic vehicles and equipment
- Proficient oral and written communication skills
- High School Diploma and valid driver's license
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening
- 2 years of experience in service repairs
- Basic Service Technician certification
- Forklift license
- Ability to perform diagnostic assessments and repairs using hand tools with precision.
- Good hand-eye coordination for operating tools and equipment.
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 75 lbs.
- Capability to work on your feet for extended periods.
- Strong vision for detailed inspections and reading documentation.
- Commitment to adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean workspace.
