OVERALL JOB PURPOSE
Sunshine Retirement Living is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Process Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of accounts payable requests for Sunshine Retirement Living and related business entities. The Process Support Specialist will also serve as a key resource for both internal and external customers, providing support and resolving inquiries with a high degree of professionalism and efficiency. Additionally, this role includes responsibilities in HR compliance auditing, including I-9 compliance and termination documentation.
MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Accounts Payable Processing:
- Accurate and timely process accounts payable requests for Sunshine Retirement Living and related entities.
- Perform routine tasks including calculating, posting, and verifying financial data to maintain accounting records.
- Review and reconcile invoices and statements, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
- Maintain vendor files and ensure all necessary documentation is complete and up to date.
Customer Support:
- Act as a resource for internal and external customers, addressing and resolving inquiries related to accounts payable
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly and professionally to requests and issues.
Financial Data Management:
- Obtain primary financial data for use in maintaining accurate and comprehensive accounting records.
- Assist in month-end closing processes and generate relevant reports as required.
HR Compliance Auditing:
- Conduct regular audits of I-9 forms to ensure compliance with federal regulations.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of employee termination documentation.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of compliance reports.
- Support HR in maintaining up-to-date personnel records and documentation.
Other Duties:
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned by management.
- Regular attendance is required.
- Serve as a role model for all employees by displaying a responsible, cooperative, and positive attitude.
- Represent the company in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner.
- Maintain personnel, resident and business proprietary and/or confidential matters/material in strict confidence.
