Description:
Sunshine Solar is a full service, residential solar installer looking for an experienced and driven individuals to join our ever-growing team! The position plays an integral role in the overall success of our business. With many moving parts, it takes a special person to keep the installation department moving in the right direction.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for construction operations that align with company goals.
- Lead and mentor construction teams, promoting professional development and effective collaboration.
- Manage relationships with clients and subcontractors to facilitate business development opportunities.
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards throughout all projects.
- Installation Crew (support, train).
- Review and prep outgoing Installations.
- Complete site visits to ensure installations are meeting company standard
- Review completed jobs from previous day.
- Update the calendar.
- Upload job notes to CRM.
- Insure all required items are completed for funding.
- Assist with managing local vehicle fleet.
- Hold monthly Safety Meetings with field staff.
- Attend scheduled meetings with Management.
- Coordinate with Warehouse and Management on job materials.
- Attend applicable training.
- And other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:
- Understanding of NEC codes with emphasis on residential PV installations.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Solar or Electrical field.
- Previous leadership experience.
- OSHA 10/30 Certification is a plus.
