Responsibilities
- Negotiate and manage contracts with healthcare providers, ensuring alignment with corporate, health plan, and state guidelines.
- Recruit and develop a robust provider network plan, focusing on building strong relationships with potential providers.
- Collaborate with internal teams and contracted providers to implement and maintain contract compliance and accurate claims adjudication.
- Evaluate and monitor providers' performance standards and financial performance of contracts.
- Support credentialing activities and facilitate provider focus groups.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience. 2 years of contracting, provider relations, or other related experience preferably in a healthcare, managed care, or insurance-related environment.
