Job Overview
This role is critical in maximizing the effectiveness of scheduling, systems, performance metrics, data analysis, reporting, and operational functions across all lines of business and locations.
- Evaluate staffing adjustments to ensure adequate case coverage by analyzing workforce management data.
- Support business initiatives through data-driven insights, identification of implementation barriers, and user acceptance testing of various systems.
- Lead multiple lines of business and ad-hoc reporting requests, providing expert-level support and guidance.
- Identify and analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to improve existing processes, increasing efficiency and productivity.
- Perform detailed analysis on multiple projects, recommend potential solutions, and ensure successful implementations.
- Enhance operational reports related to business implementation processes, providing actionable insights.
- Coordinate with various business units and departments in the development and delivery of processes, ensuring seamless integration.
- Develop, share, and incorporate organizational best practices into business applications, driving continuous improvement.
- Diagnose problems and identify opportunities for process redesign and improvement, serving as a subject matter expert.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of workforce management or data analysis experience.
- Proficiency in all MS Office applications.
- Experience managing projects with a high reliance on technology.
- Project Management experience preferred.
