Successful, fast-paced law firm in search of an Immigration attorney to grow our team with at least 3-4 years of experience in Immigration.
This position requires someone who is a self-starter with a solid foundation in Immigration law to effectively assist clients and contribute to the success of our practice.

Duties:
- Represent clients in removal proceedings before immigration courts and the Board of Immigration Appeals.
- Handle family-based immigration cases, including petitions and adjustment of status applications.
- Prepare and file applications for humanitarian relief (U Visas, T Visas, VAWA petitions).
- Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, pleadings, and other legal documents.
- Provide legal counsel to clients on immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
- Attend USCIS interviews and immigration court hearings in Orlando & around if required.
- Manage a caseload, ensuring compliance with deadlines and regulations.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and legal advice.
- Stay updated on changes in immigration law and participate in ongoing professional development.
Job requirements:
- Experience: 3-4 years of experience with the USCIS and EOIR as a licensed attorney. Particularly in removal defense, family-based immigration, and humanitarian relief (such as U Visas, T Visas, and VAWA cases).
- Admission to a state bar association.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of legal administrative procedures and protocols.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts to clients, colleagues and team members.
- Proficiency in using legal research tools such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis.
- Experience in drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts.
- Litigation experience is required.
The ideal candidate will be an excellent writer, a resourceful problem-solver, and someone who performs well in high-pressure situations. Experience with Immigration Court proceedings is preferred. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
