Sunshine State Plumbing is a family-owned, Jacksonville based Plumbing Contractor focused on Residential New Construction and Service throughout Northeast Florida as well as Multifamily New Construction throughout 6 states in the Southeast. Since our inception in 2003, we have grown into one of the largest Plumbing Contractors in the Southeast with the help of our valued 200 employees, some of whom have been with us for over 20 years!
As we continue to grow, we are seeking team members who are self-driven, positive, with an eagerness to learn and evolve with us. The ideal candidate for this position will be able to work both independently and as part of a team on project coordination of residential new construction communities. They will be responsible for invoicing, data entry and analyzation, scheduling and supporting our field team among other tasks. Comfortability with Outlook, QuickBooks, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and the ability to utilize builder or county specific software will be a necessity.

Office Hours: Monday thru Friday, Full Time

Experience with General Contractor or Subcontractor
Experience using QuickBooks Enterprise
Experience with Builder’s software (Supply Pro)
