Taxi Driver

## Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Taxi Driver to join our transportation team. As a Taxi Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to their destinations in a timely manner while providing excellent service.

## Responsibilities
- Safely operate a taxi vehicle following all traffic laws and regulations
- Pick up passengers at designated locations and transport them to their destinations
- Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage or belongings
- Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle interior and exterior
- Accept payments and issue receipts
- Keep records of passenger trips, including time and destination details

## Skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent knowledge of local streets, routes, and traffic patterns
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Familiarity with GPS devices or navigation apps for efficient route planning

Preferred Skills:

As a Taxi Driver, you will be responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation services to passengers in the local area. Duties:

- Safely operate a taxi vehicle to transport passengers to their desired destinations

- Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with their luggage and ensuring a comfortable ride

- Follow all traffic laws and regulations to ensure passenger safety

- Maintain cleanliness and proper maintenance of the taxi vehicle

- Collect fares and process payments accurately

- Keep records of daily transactions and report any issues or incidents to the appropriate authorities

Experience:

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

- Previous experience in van driving, delivery driving, bus driving, commercial driving, limousine services, or paratransit is preferred

- Excellent knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with passengers from diverse backgrounds

- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
