Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate School Teacher to join our educational team. Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote literacy education and early childhood learning.
- Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to students and parents as necessary.
- Employ effective behavior management techniques to maintain a positive classroom atmosphere.
- Collaborate with other educators, staff, and parents to support students' individual learning needs.
- Provide care and supervision for students during activities, ensuring their safety at all times.
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles, including those with special education needs.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and behavior.
Qualifications
- Experience working with preschool or toddler-aged children in an educational or childcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and practices.
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the community.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus but not required.
- A genuine passion for teaching and nurturing young minds.
