We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service/Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and be customer-oriented.
Will be answering calls from customers to schedule appointments. Must have experience on busy phones, able to multi task and have up - beat attitude and great phone skills.
Monday - Friday 7am -4pm with 1 hr lunch
$15-$16 per hour - Room for Growth
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
- Schedule technicians for jobs to clean windows, gutters and pressure washing.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Data Entry and basic computer skills
- Identify and escalate priority issues
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in computerized systems and Microsoft Office applications
