Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks in residential and commercial settings, ensuring all areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Execute custodial duties such as dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Conduct floor care activities including buffing and polishing to maintain a pristine appearance.
- Assist with industrial cleaning tasks as needed, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Support facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs to management.
- Participate in residential painting projects when required, ensuring high-quality finishes.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are used efficiently and safely.
Skills
- Proven experience in custodial or commercial cleaning roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment operation is essential.
- Basic knowledge of facilities maintenance practices is an advantage.
- Ability to perform industrial cleaning tasks safely and effectively.
