What are the responsibilities and job description for the Jr Security Engineer - Information Security Office position at SunSoft Online?
Seeking an experienced engineer to join our growing security team. This is a hybrid position with a twiceweekly onsite requirement. The ideal candidate has an indepth background utilizing Network and Security technologies and best practices.
This candidate will start their position primarily working on service tickets. Because this team works directly with internal employees to handle submitted tickets the ideal candidate must have previous experience communicating and troubleshooting directly with stakeholders. This team works alongside all of the municipalitys various departments as such this candidate can expect to work on various networkrelated tools including firewalls web access control VPN and more. Additionally this candidate will work with external vendors and review all municipality purchases from a securityfirst mindset.
