Job Summary:

The Fulfillment and Production Associate is responsible for the successful fulfillment and shipping of customer orders as well the production finished and in-process goods. While the focus on each of these areas of responsibility will change regularly with company needs, success in this role requires being a results-driven, hands on, and detail-oriented team member who thrives in a dynamic and changing environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Order Fulfillment

• Responsible for all components of fulfilling orders including receiving, sorting, processing and shipping finished goods to end customers with accuracy and in a timely manner.
• Responsible for validating total package quality, including shipment accuracy, finished good product quality and supply chain readiness.
• Set up, breakdown, maintenance, and cleanliness of fulfillment workspace.

Production Responsibilities

• Accurately record the movement of finished goods, raw materials, packages and shipments within company systems.
• Key team member in the production and packaging of hemp oil, finished blend oil, and finished goods.
• Set up, breakdown, maintenance, and cleanliness of production workspace.

General Responsibilities

• Maintain a hygienic and protected work environment by strictly following the safety guidelines and policies.
• Must frequently lift and/or move up to 40 pounds and frequently move more than 200 pounds (with the aid of pallet jack or drum truck).
• Use of heavy equipment such as tractors, forklifts and pallet jacks to transfer packages and materials may be required at times.
• Responsibilities may at times include facility cleaning, organization, and general maintenance projects.
• Any and all other reasonable tasks and responsibilities as determined by the Company.

Working Conditions:

This is full time hourly role (32-40 hours / week) at our Hardwick VT production facility.

Compensation, Benefits, and information specific the terms of employment shall be outlined in the Employee Agreement and Handbook and may be updated periodically at the discretion of the Company.

Some occasional work outside normal hours may be required to meet business needs.
